Charles has twenty-five years of experience in public accounting. He graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in accounting in 1997. He is a member of the AICPA and NCACPA and currently sits on the board of the CarolinaEast Foundation.

His primary focus is individual and business taxation, financial accounting, and management advisory services.

Chris has eight years of experience in public accounting. He graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in accounting in 2014. He is a member of the AICPA and NCACPA.

Stephanie K. Phillips

Stephanie has twenty years of experience in public accounting. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1992 and received a Master of Accountancy from UNC-Wilmington in 2002.

Her primary focus is individual and business taxation, financial accounting and advisory services.

Josie Levesque

Josie has two years of experience in accounting and eight years of experience in finance. She graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador with a bachelor’s in business administration in 2022.

Her primary focus is financial accounting, individual and business taxation as well as payroll.

Michelle is our office administrator in the Morehead City office. She has seventeen years of experience in administrative capacities.

Lacey Whitford

Bookkeeper

Lacey is a Bookkeeper in the New Bern office. She is graduating from Pitt Community College in May of 2024 with her associate degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management.  She started working with us in January of 2024 as our Administrative Assistant.

Amanda Muse

Bookkeeper

Amanda is a bookkeeper in the New Bern office. She has an associate degree from Cape Fear Community College alongside her bookkeeping certification from National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB).  She is a North Carolina Public Notary with six years of finance and eight years of office administrative experience.

Claire Hughes

Office Manager

Claire is the office manager for our New Bern office. She has six years of administrative experience and is currently a notary public in the state of North Carolina. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2022.
